Bold Property Marketing had been recently commissioned to complete the soft marketing material and pre-release property brochure design for 71 / 72 The Kingsway is a best-in-class new speculative office building comprising approximately 135,000 sq ft of modern office, retail, communal and conference space which is due for completion in Q4 2023.
71/72 The Kingsway is part of the Swansea Bay City Deal regeneration project with the key objective to target high-skilled employment in Swansea city centre. The scheme will deliver a mixed-use development offering exceptional quality digitally-enabled office workspace and flex space with sustainability being a core requirement in the overall specification and design. Alongside this offer, the building will provide unique public spaces with an impressive rooftop terrace and atrias, dedicated event areas and meeting spaces as well as food, beverage and retail outlets.
The building supports the vision and values of Swansea Council, which fosters excellence and aspiration and has the technology to deliver an outstanding commercial environment, providing occupiers with cutting-edge digital communications and being the ideal location for technology and creative businesses. The building will provide space for international, national and indigenous businesses as well as growth and support opportunities for new ‘start-up’ companies in the innovative technology sector.
This project is a continuation of Swansea Council’s journey of transforming the city and follows the completion of landmark schemes, such as the 160ft Copr Bay Bridge and the £135 million indoor 3,500 seat indoor arena.
